Resumen: Paredes y suelos en microcemento epoxi color gris claro. Reforma de local comercial para tienda de ropa Sarto en Santiago de Compostela. Calle Republica Argentina 14.

Descripción

Aplicación de microcemento en reforma comercial.

Los pavimentos existentes consistian en una mezcla de marmol y piedra del pais. Se realizaron unas rozas para cambiar las generales del edificio y se recubrieron con hormigón.

Para evitar problemas con el soporte se pego una malla de fibra de vidrio de 160g en toda la superficie del suelo, con una resina epoxi. Luego se aplico una capa de mortero autonivelante para obtener una buena planimetría.

Sobre el autonivelante se imprimo con una resina acrílica para mejorar la adherencia del microcemento. Se aplicaron tres capas de microcemento epoxi y dos capas de sellador de poliuretano alifático.

El microcemento de las paredes se aplico sobre un soporte de pladur.
